    You can’t expect me to believe that Microsoft really understands consumers any better than big advertisers and agencies. One look at their products should be enough to convince otherwise.

    Great point and agree on the 50 Thousand ft view, but nevermind who made it, it is the principles and ideas presented are spot on. (or at least from my view point and teachings).
